The seller and the purchase agreement
These Terms govern purchases at https://orvessaorv.com/. Your seller is Xiamen Xiongqitong Technology Co., Ltd., operating the ORVESSAORV store. The company, contact details, and registered address appear below. Privacy Notice explains data processing; Terms of Use governs general website use.
You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract or use the store with the valid authorization required by applicable law. Provide accurate order information and use a payment method you are authorized to use.
Product information and decorative use
Review the description, measurements, material, included quantity, care information, and use limitations before ordering. Styling accessories are not included unless listed. Photographs and screens can produce minor color differences, but this does not excuse a materially inaccurate description. We do not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
Decorative items are intended for the uses stated in their individual listings. Do not assume that a piece is a toy, food-safe vessel, outdoor product, electrical device, or candle holder unless its listing confirms that function. Follow supplied safety and care instructions and keep fragile pieces stable. Product instructions do not remove the seller's responsibility for a defective or unsafe item.
Ordering and acceptance
Before payment, you can review and correct the selected items, quantities, address, currency, shipping method, taxes, and total. Submitting the order is your offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt. Unless applicable law establishes acceptance earlier, we accept the order when we send a dispatch confirmation. We will not hold an order indefinitely without acceptance or a decision.
If a product is unavailable or a transaction cannot lawfully proceed, we explain the issue and promptly release an authorization or refund a captured payment for the affected goods and related charges. We do not force acceptance of an alternative item or store credit. An evident listing error is addressed with you; a changed product page does not retrospectively rewrite a binding contract.
Price and payment
The currency shown with the order total is the transaction currency. U.S. offers are stated in U.S. dollars unless a different currency is clearly selected and displayed. Shipping and collected taxes are disclosed before payment. Any recipient-paid import arrangement must also be disclosed before the order is placed. A bank's currency conversion or foreign-transaction fee is determined by that provider.
Use a method actually available at checkout. A displayed payment logo is not a promise of universal availability. Payment providers may perform verification, authorization, or fraud checks. Contact support if a payment appears charged but no order acknowledgment arrives; do not email complete card credentials.
Promotions and order changes
A promotion applies according to the conditions clearly presented before purchase, including eligible products, dates, quantities, and any code-combination rules. We will not use a general policy clause to deny a specific offer that you validly accepted. Claims about limited quantities, gifts, customer numbers, or deadlines must be accurate.
Email service@orvessaorv.com immediately for changes or cancellation. A cancellation request received before fulfillment begins is accepted without a cancellation fee. Once fulfillment has begun, we try to intercept the order but cannot promise success. After dispatch, Return Policy normally applies. Statutory withdrawal and cancellation rights are not subject to our operational cutoff.
Delivery commitments
Ordinary processing is 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated standard U.S. transit is 7–12 business days after dispatch, for a combined estimate of 8–15 business days. Eligible U.S. orders of at least US$50 after discounts and before taxes qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping Policy provides destination, tracking, origin, delay, and charge details.
We remain responsible for fulfilling applicable seller obligations during a carrier investigation. If a promised dispatch cannot be met, we give the legally required delay notice, choice, and refund. We do not treat a “Delivered” scan as conclusive proof against every non-receipt claim.
Returns and refunds
Ordinary return requests must be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. Return Policy explains conditions, the return destination process, cost responsibility, and statutory exceptions. You pay direct change-of-mind return postage; we pay necessary postage for product faults or our errors. No restocking fee applies.
Approved ordinary return refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the item arrives, including inspection time. Approved refunds without a required return use 5–10 business days from approval. A shorter statutory deadline overrides these periods. A bank may take additional time to display the credit.
Product guarantees and responsibility
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory conformity guarantees, product-safety duties, or remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods. Where EU consumer conformity rules apply, the applicable legal guarantee includes at least the statutory minimum two-year protection, without limiting longer national rights. Other destinations may provide different mandatory protections.
We do not exclude liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is unlawful, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited. We do not impose a blanket waiver of product warranties or make a payment amount the universal limit of our responsibility.
Complaints and applicable law
Send purchase complaints to service@orvessaorv.com with the order details and requested outcome. We aim to reply within two business days and explain any further investigation. Contacting us does not waive payment-provider dispute rights or require you to wait beyond a legal deadline.
Subject to mandatory protections, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China applicable to the seller registered in Xiamen. Where the law permits agreement on jurisdiction, the competent courts at the seller's registered location in Xiamen, Fujian, may hear disputes. This is not an exclusive forum clause against consumers who have mandatory rights to sue elsewhere or rely on their home-country consumer laws. No compulsory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by these Terms.
Which version applies
The version and specific offer presented when your order is placed govern that purchase, subject to mandatory law and any lawful agreed amendment. Later updates apply prospectively. Clear order-specific commitments and mandatory law take priority over a general statement. If provisions conflict, we seek a lawful interpretation consistent with what was disclosed to you; we do not use the conflict to remove a promised consumer benefit.
